Right side at times, feels heavy the throat,chest, lungs dont feel like moving in and out but peak flow normal mostly when happens ?

Do you feel short of breath when this happens? Does this sensation last long? What are you doing when this happens? To find out what this means, you should see a lung doctor for a full evaluation, if not done already, to get diagnosed/treated.
