It is good to have a direct communication line to her treatment team at this point in pregnancy. Calling her OBGYN nurse or nurses where she will deliver can let them ask questions that define when to worry or go in. Intense Braxton Hicks, leaking fluid, fever, etc. are all signs that should be monitored & reported.
