Your urethra is injured from that strong pinch. Urine or semen passes through that injured urethra so blood should be present but the color should change from dark red to pink then pinkish color and urine color should be back to normal soon. This bleeding is most often self limited but you should abstain from masturbation for a couple days.

it should stop in a few days- if it was from a minor stretch and break of the lining of the urinary tract. If it does not pl see a Urologist. And remember not to do thtat again.
