4 year old prescribed albuterol nebulizer with azithromycin 1 dose daily and budesonide nebulizer ( morning/evening). he has take albuterol before but is it safe to give with azithromycin and budesonide as never given those before?. please adivse?

Entirely safe. (Of course the doctor would not have prescribed them both if they could not be taken at the same time.)

Review the side effects of each medication and watch for these signs. The medications may be used together. Watch for signs of shortness of breath, prolonged cough and wheezing. Rinse mouth after use of the inhaled medication.
