Yes: In kids with a wheezing tendency as toddlers this can keep you out of the er dropping to once a day when they are not coughing is also ok.

Depends on conditio: Albuterol is a bronchdilater and Budesonide is an inhaled steroid(anti inflammatory) prescribed in children and adults for bronchial asthma.Depending on the severity of asthma it may have to be used often if needed and prescribed under medical supervision and it is safe.Budesonide is a controller medicine, means it controls the inflammation and albuterol is a bronchodilator used for symptom relief.
