Can you mix albuterol and budesonide in a nebulizer at once.

Yes: In fact most of my patients are instructed to do so to treat wheezing patient with acute bronchitis. Neb machine with both meds together- to be used twice a day. However if you need to treat wheezing more than twice/ day; albuterol alone ( without budges onside) can be used every 4-6 hrs.
