If you hit a vape a few times while it show up in blood work?

This depends on what you think you are vaping and what other random drugs may be in the pod. Most commercially available nicotine vape products have higher concentration of nicotine than regular smokes. For other types of vapes it would depend on the quality of the product if something unexpected shows up. It may trigger a positive/or not/ depending on what they look for.

If you are vaping nicotine, it can be detected in blood if tested for specifically. It is unlikely to materially affect other test results. Quit vaping to safeguard your health.
