Normal blood test: No you have to ask for a nicotine or specific test. But not certain what you mean by a "normal" blood test.

Specific testing: Tests that are specific for cotinine can pick up on the nicotine that you vape and that from the supplemental 6 mg of nicotine. However, it isn't a routine test & needs to be specifically ordered.
