Yes: Not horribly high, and your specific situation needs discussed with your dr who knows your family history and what your lab values are / have been. If 16.6-ish is where you always are, that is normal for you. If climbing, then potential concern. Can always donate blood while healthy to save lives and if it helps allay this concern as well, great!
