I don't know..: You are either not making blood or you are losing it from somewhere. You need a thorough medical evaluation to sort this out. And soon!

Hemotologist: You aren't giving alot of information here, but I'm assuming this isn't blood loss from your period. I'm surprised with a count that low that you didn't get a consult with hematology. You may have a bone marrow issue causing severe anemia or some other disorder. That low of a count is dangerous. Seek out an opinion ASAP
