"Bacteria" on vulvar swab is meaningless: the vagina normally is loaded with bacteria. If sexually active, and if you or your partner might have had other partners, an STD is a possible cause of these symptoms, and levofloxacin is the wrong antibiotic for any and all STDs. See a gynecologist or an infectious diseases specialist. If there is possible STD risk, your partner needs exam and testing.
