3 month ago i had sever itching, dark color and discharge in my private area. i did a vulva swab and it was a bacteria. doctor prescribed levofolxacin for 5 days only. i didnt get better and itching still present with darker color. what should i do?

"Bacteria" on vulvar swab is meaningless: the vagina normally is loaded with bacteria. If sexually active, and if you or your partner might have had other partners, an STD is a possible cause of these symptoms, and levofloxacin is the wrong antibiotic for any and all STDs. See a gynecologist or an infectious diseases specialist. If there is possible STD risk, your partner needs exam and testing.
