Generally, even mild "disc herniation" can cause chronic back pain. Best is to see an orthopedic surgeon for an exam and review of your imaging studies, and other potential treatment.

The hemangiomas are benign, and have been lifelong. You do describe degenerative disc disease and likely possess also thoracic spondylosis. The findings might explain mid-back pain. Physical therapy could be considered. Unless there is instability or spinal cord compression, would not urge consideration for surgery.
