Nothing w/o symptoms: What was the reason the MRI was obtained in the 1st place? Without knowing the symptoms, the MRI results are meaningless. This "heterogeneous marrow signal" could be an incidental finding. Basically, it is reporting some "fuzziness" or mixing of shades of gray in the T6 & T8 vertebra. It could be a technical error in the way the MRI was obtained. It could be a harmless web of blood vessels. TTYD.
