Vascular tumors: Hemangiomas are vascular tumors. The ones located inside vertebral bodies are usually small and benign and usually do not require any treament. They are very frequent findings on MRI of the spine as incidental findings, they are not symptomatic unless they are of large size involving the vertebral body.
