I had planned embryo transfer this cycle(jan 23). my endometrium was 8.1 mm post which progestrone injections was prescribed. i developed rash all over body and felt inflammation. what is cause? and a day before transfer endometrium dropped to 6.1 mm?

This sounds like an allergic or sensitivity reaction to something in the progesterone injection and your providers should be informed. Endometrial thickness measurements a somewhat imprecise and this difference is probably not significant. If it was an issue they would not have proceeded with the transfer.
