Today is the day after the first 5- day embryo transfer. on the 4th day my progestrone dropped from 60 to 20 and i got cramps. anything to worry about? i had 2 transfers on 2 days.

Not unusual: A drop in Progesterone is not that unusual following et. The same is true with estrogen. Ultimately the proof will be in the pudding when you get your beta drawn. Hope it worked.
