Oral sex is very low risk for HIV, and if your partner doesn't have sex with other men, and is not an injection drug user, the chance he has HIV is extremely low. Finally, an extraction 8 weeks ago doesn't increase the risk of HIV if exposed. Nothing to be worried about, although you could be at risk for other STDs. (The most common from performing oral sex is oral gonorrhea.)

As long as your wound has healed and no sores or bloody gums on your part or sores on his penis that have a bloody residue, than you should be fine. You could be exposed to some STD'S, so be careful in future and practice safe sex.
