Recently a pinworm crawled into my penis and i went to the er they gave me a shot of antibiotics and prescribed me doxycycline will it kill the pinworm? and if so how does the pinworm get out of my testicles?

How do you know it happened? In women pinworms can infect the vagina or urethra by migrating from the anus, but have not been reported in the male urethra. Maybe the worm would quickly die. Could it reach the testicles? Maybe, since ovarian infestation has rarely been reported in infected women. If the diagnosis has confirmed or seriously suspected, see an infectious diseases specialist...
