I have been taking dalmane (flurazempam) 30mg for 30+ years but the pharmacies and manufacturers seem to have quit making the drug. do i go to outside the us to get the drug or is there a substitute that make work as well for me. ambien doesn't help?

Flurazepam is a benzodiazepine. They've abandoned it because it's long-acting and leaves a hangover compared to other sleeping pills. Probably the closest equivalent to 30 mg of flurazepam would be 10 mg of Valium (diazepam) though equivalent doses of benzodiazepines are not as predictable as many other classes of drugs.
