Since i began singing, i suffer from silent reflux. at the start i weighed 110kg. today i lost 11kg, but my reflux is still the same, even when i don't sing. do i have a hiatal hernia caused by pressure from singing, or could it be something else ?

The silent reflux, if true, should not cause your weight loss. We need for info about the weight loss. Have you lost weight because you eat less and how long did it take for this 10% weight loss? Weight of 10% in a period of 3-6 months should be investigated for other serious conditions. In summary, I doubt if singing is the cause of your current condition.
