Withdrawal bleeding from "Duphaston" may be brief (two to three days) depending on the reason for taking Duphaston in the first place (no regular periods, PCOS, etc.). Bleeding may be slower, causing more time for oxidation of the red blood cells, causing a dark color in the withdrawal blood.
