It's possible: Duphaston is a synthetic progestin use to treat a number of gynecologic conditions eg dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, endometriosis, luteal support in female infertility, etc. Any supplemental ovarian hormone may cause some degree of menstrual irregularity. I wouldn't worry about a 2 days difference in the menses monthly.
