We would need more information to answer this. Did you injure your hand? Can you see anything unusual where it hurts like redness or swelling? When did the pain start? what makes it worse or better i.e. does it hurt only when you move it? Is the pain on the surface or deep inside? Have you ever had it before? See a doctor and let them sort through these questions and they can x-ray if needed.
