Wrist: If you have no fevers and no swelling in the area or redness the most appropriate thing to do initially would be to take Motrin over-the-counter if you do not have any problems with your kidneys and utilize ice rest and elevation. You can also obtain a wrist splint from your local pharmacy to immobilize the wrist to see if this helps
