My hands are very dry and cracked. i tried all sorts of hand lotions but it doesnt work. what can i do/use to help prevent this condition with my hands?

Are you using a lot of alcohol-based hand sanitizer? This can certainly dry your hands so perhaps using more soap and water to clean your hands would be helpful. Neutragena hand cream is a bit expensive but using this multiple times a day may help. If not, it may be time to see a dermatologist to be sure there is not something else causing the dry skin in your hands-like eczema for example.
