Feel before see!: You will begin to fel better, have more energy, nd sleep better with each passing week. As you burn far more calories than you take in via the "added" workouts, you will inevitably begin to shed weight. Shedding weight slowly seems to give best chance to keep the weight off. Once you feel and see the results, you will become "addicted" to working out regularly and safely. This is a good addiction.
