I have had on and off slight breat pain at times in different boobs, i just lifted my arms up to see if i could feel lump its tender n slightly sore im almost 27 what could it be..?

Breast cysts likely: You may have fibrocystic breast disease which causes cyclical hormonal breast pain/tenderness. It is also suggested that caffeine can cause breast pain--so try to ween off coffee & 'pop'. However, 'breast lumps' should always be evaluated by an experienced doctor with an ultrasound to confirm their benign nature. Another benign lump in <30 is 'fibroadenoma'.
