If your urination is perfectly normal the rest of the time, I'd attribute the poor emptying the first thing in the morning to changes in relaxation or tone of your pelvic muscles that occurred during hours of sleeping. A urologist can advise you best.

Sometimes on a full bladder the muscles controlling its opening take a few seconds to relax to enable urinary flow . If you have no other symptoms there is nothing wrong
