I had unprotected sex with a woman,she had bleeding during whole sex. after 3 months,hiv combo test was non reactive,i look up online and it says when blood is involved such as transfusion the risk is %100 . should i trust the results?

Yes, trust the results. The HIV blood tests are 100% conclusive at 3 months, regardless of the risk at the time of exposure.Anyway, it is statistically unlikely your partner had HIV. And if she did, blood during sex does not increase the HIV transmission chance compared to sex without blood contact. (The risk of HIV from transfusion with HIV infected blood is an entirely different issue.)
