Several options: Why does your right eye have poor vision? Is it a "lazy" eye from birth or was there an injury or medical issue that left the eye with poor vision? That being said, a poor seeing eye will naturally drift. Surgery can return the eye to a more normal position. This would be considered "cosmetic".
