Surgery: At your age, it would take a surgical procedure. It would be cosmetic and may produce double vision. Proceed with caution.

Can't really help: Your hypertropia as a child resulted in misalignment of your eyes, & one eye became dominant & the other was suppressed in its neuro-ophthalmic development (a "lazy eye" or more appropriately called amblyopia ). Once the eyes have matured in their neural connection to the brain, which is around 10 yo, then any further vision improvement is almost always minimal. Rec: glasses for best vision/protec.
