My son has been on and off with sickness that last few weeks. fine and then sick again. however tonight i could see his pulse in his neck. hes been very moody this week, taking naps, coughing and fever. is neck pulse a cause for concern?

I would be less concerned about the neck pulse in view of the history of fever because it is just is the visibility of the activities of the heart in the neck; however I am concerned about the whole picture and I would suggest an evaluation by a pediatrician to figure out why he has the recurrent illness so he could have appropriate management.
