: In my opinion, of all these tests only ANCA,&amp;CRP are useful &amp; have about a 90% accuracy meaning they can miss 10% of cases of vasculitis,especially the small vessel cases. The history&amp; clinical findings contribute a lot also for&amp;against the diagnosis.
