I currently have a yeast infection with a uti and on top of all that i started getting a sore throat, runny nose, abdominal pain and back pain. i'm not sure whats going on with my body. could someone give me some answers or tell me what i need to do?

These are separate medical problems. It's just by luck you caught a respiratory virus (like cold, influenza, or covid) while you also had genital yeast and possible UTI. (Yeast symptoms might mimic UTI: discuss with your doctor whether you have both.) Get tested for covid. Good luck.
