Gynazole: Generally speaking it may take 48 hours before relief may occur, depending how severe the infection is. The medication can remain active vaginally for approximately 4 days if using gynazole-1.

Question UTI: Continue using the cream for yeast infection but definitely obtain a urinalysis as well as urine culture and sensitivity as soon as possible as you may also have a lower urinary tract infection.
