Is it associated with headache nausea? Then could be migraine . Other causes of sound sensitivity include viral infection Lyme disease TMJ disorder. Rarely other conditions like masses or Multiple sclerosis . F/U w/ MD neurology https://www.webmd.com/brain/sound-sensitivity-hyperacusis
