Ive got sharp left rib cage pain that radiates to my back and shoulder blade (costochondritis?7days) abdominal pain,last week i had mucus in my stools, today ive had two bright red bloody stools that looked like clots and blood when i wiped. ideas?

The pain you describe is NOT consistent with costochondritis. If I put all symptoms together, inflammatory bowel disease needs to be ruled out. You should see your primary care doctor and a referral to a gastroenterologist may be the next step.
