I have what looks to be petachiae on my ankle for a month now. it doesnt spread and its nowhere else on my body. all bloodwork is normal and ana was negative. it fades but never fully goes away and gets darker after a shower. ideas?

Might be a good idea to show it to the Dermatologist, who may want to take it off and/or analyze it.

Agree with Dr. C. If you are overweight, impairment of venous return may be the underlying cause and losing weight would be imperative.
