Would it be harmful to get another ct of the head & neck? i've had about 18 ct scans over the past 2-3 years for various reasons. 3 of those have been of the head/neck?

You don't mention why you'd need another CT of your head & neck. At your young age you've had a lot of X-Ray exposure. Your physician, who's familiar with your past history& present symptoms is in the best position to advise you about any further testing or possible referral to a specialist for evaluation & advice.
