Salivary glands: If the lumps are just behind the lower 2 front teeth, these are probably your salivary glands which belong there. Sometimes they can swell due to blockage or salivary stones.

Normal: Probably normal salivary glands. If you have swelling or discomfort, however, contact your Dentist. If you are concerned, ask your Dentist to take a look and evaluate area for you.
