A member asked:

Normal tsh, normal t3 but t4 is high?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

How high? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, an elevated T4 in the face of normal TSH and T3 is not a cause for concern. Your doctor may wish to test for Free T4. Wish you good health!
