Subclinical thyroid: Could represent subclinical hyperthyroid or early thyroid disease or lab error. Should monitor this over a period of months to see if there is any change.

Free T4: Total T4 may be elevated due to increase in thyroxine binding protein. Free T4 is a better test than total T4. With a normal TSH you need not be concerned about thyroid function. Your results are normal. It is certainly not hypothyroidism.
