Why do my testicles feel like they are cold, or aching could it be possible due to me holding in my urine when asleep? and if so, how long does the pain last for? they arent swole or any change in color?

Holding urine would not make the testicles cold or achy. Try urinating more often and see if that relieves symptoms. You may set an alarm to go off in the middle of your sleep to provide a signal to urinate. If that does not help, it would be prudent to see a doctor.

Holding of urine and testicular pain and temp. are not related. Wear a good support underwear and they will feel warmer and less achy
