I went to 2 different ogyn. both prescribed me fluconanzole 150 mg 2 tablets. 1st dr. told me to wait 3 days and if symptoms are still there to take one more pill 2nd dr told me to take 1 pill on the first and then 2nd on the next day. what's best?

It really doesn't matter. These are equally effective treatments for vaginal yeast infection. (A single dose usually is all that is needed. But the extra doses are not harmful.)
