Whatever : Whatever bacteria is present that is causing this odor and discharge may not be responding to metro-gel anymore. You may be resistant, your history actually points to it. Consider asking your doctor to try a different antibiotic, Clindamycin is a good choice. If this does not work ask your doctor to perform a bacterial dna vaginal culture. You may have an uncommon bacteria that needs a completely different treatment regimen i hope you are better soon.
