Torsion occurs when the testis twists on its stalk 360 degrees pinching off its blood supply. It is not from curves or bends in spermatic cord or some vein. Pain in a testis can arise from other issues. In rare cases some can experience intermittent self-resolving torsion (it twists & twists back). Your doc can sort this out during a visit.
