There are some other labs that may be helpful, but most practitioners would just start daily iron for a month and recheck the values. If better, it takes about 3 months of daily supplement to return to normal iron stores.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are normal. Taking oral iron and multivitamins may help and will not do any harm. Wish you good health!
