CBC should be repeated with red blood cell indices. Your Hb is borderline low with total RBC is in the low normal so you may have mild anemia if the repeat results are almost the same. The red cell indices and your medical history are quite important in the diagnosis of anemia. Multivitamins supplement is not helpful in most types of anemia.

You are mildly anemic and iron deficiency is the likely cause. You may take oral iron and multivitamins and retest in 4-8 months.
