If your partner indeed is on treatment for HIV with undetectable viral load, you are entirely safe. On PEP, it is very unlikely your symptoms are due to HIV. Self diagnosed oral thrush is extremely unreliable (for example, white coated tongue is not thrush) and 36.8C is normal, not fever. Keep taking PEP but discuss with your doctor or clinic. Good luck.
