I have a big long lump on my tight, 10cm, appeared 3months ago. surgents thinks its nothing serious, deep imaging shows noncapsulised nonvascularised fat tissue. skin unchanged, no pain. is mr 100% acurate in diferentiating lipoma from lipocarcinoma?
